Shipping policy

All orders are packed and shipped as soon as we can.

During periods of heightened demand, this may take as long as 2 weeks. But, on average, expect your order to ship within 1 week,

 

Delivered Orders

Orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier to the address provided at checkout are considered successfully fulfilled. Strainless Lighting is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or mis-delivered after confirmation of delivery. USPS and other carriers do not compensate for stolen packages, so please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure.

 

Although we’re not responsible after delivery confirmation, we’re happy to assist in filing a carrier inquiry.

 

Returned to Sender / Incorrect Address

If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient, incorrect, or incomplete address, shipping labels cannot be reused. If you request reshipment, additional shipping fees will apply.
